Hey all,
I just started brewing real simple stuff, but am in love with brewing! I hope to graduate to all grain and mash soon, but have a TON of stupid questions between now and then.
I have been successful so far. I have 4 beers fermenting, totaling 20 gallons, and am about to bottle my third batch this weekend.
The first beer was great (flagstaff honey ale) and the second (Brown Ale) tastes great, but has yet to produce enough carbonation. I think this is due to tasting my brew after only 2 weeks of carbonation.
Other than that, I would love to pick your brains!
Thanks in advance!
