So, i plan on bottling a beer that fermented at 67F. I cold crashed it at like 37F and plan on bottling it as it comes out of the fridge.

so, my question is, when calculating the amount of corn sugar needed, so I use 37F or 67F?

The temperature that you put it in based on the highest temperature that the beer reached during fermentation, because that is when CO2 is being actively produced. As CO2 is produced, then it dissolves in solution as it passes through the beer.

When you put it in the fridge, it's most likely that fermentation was over with. Use 67F like Yooper says.

Minor clarification. I know you knew what you were saying, but I wanted to make sure it was clear for everyone else.

Also, it is a good idea to raise the temp 5 degrees for a day, just before cold crashing (even for ales). Nice to be sure fermentation was complete.
