Hi I found this recipe on the forum in another thread, but the original poster never brewed it. Can anyone give me some feedback on it. Not if you have ever brewed it but if you think it needs tweaked or should be good to go. Thanks Andy

Does this seem like it will work as an extract recipe? I'd really like to do a partial mash, but I'm not really sure because there is no mash schedule for the AG recipe (and I'm figuring out BeerSmith) I'm going nuts, I Can't wait until I get out of this apt and have space for All Grain!!

That was my recipe. I brewed that last night, but made a few small changes. I replaced 1 ounce of centennial at flameout with an ounce of Citra. And I used 1 lb of Crystal 20L with 4 oz of Rye. I also added 16 oz of Clover honey to balance all of the high AA hops in there. I'm not sure of that was a mistake, but I will find out. Shoot me a PM and I'll let you know how this turns out in a few months. The O.G. came out quite a bit higher than what BeerSmith said it would, even with the addition of honey. I got about 1.093 out of it.

Had you brewed it as listed before? Make these changes based upon those results?

Thanks, Andy
