my Spiedie o ring has broken its goin to take 2-3days for a new one to get to me is my almost 7.5 gallone of wine goin to het runied I have the top on as tight as I can get it with the screw top not the air bung to lessen even more air.

I think it will be ok, you can tale a plastic bag and some rubber bands and seal the top if you want.

I left a carboy without the Bung for about a week (like an idiot) and it turned out OK
