I have a 100 quart aluminum kettle with stainless washers, brass nipples and a brass ball valve. I have noticed a white crud buildup on the kettle next to the washers I use to attach the valve.
What is this stuff, can it hurt me, how do I clean it and should i use aluminum washers and nipples i noticed you can buy them
