Make sure you get some sun, it does wonders for your health, Vitamim D, etc. Of course too much can also be a problem. Good luck!

I'd say the dangers of that stationary "bike" outcompete those of a daily walk, even with the odds of getting attacked by a pitbull or other (ferocious) animal.
