My first post- I took a runner on a google search for "Home Brew forums"- 12 minutes later, I'm a member here.

I've never brewed beer- I will, eventually. I've made a bone-dry bubbly Apple Cider (like an apple champagne), a Gewurztraminer which is nice, if a little too acidic, and a bunch of cordials/infusions (a blackberry/raspberry, a mead that is essentially honey and spices and vodka, and a "Thai Flavors" that is basically lemongrass, mint, lime and chilies"). I like some exotic things, and am excited to receive the collective wisdom of this forum.

Welcome aboard the Love Boat Evan! Some of us here do brew other things than just beer although you will need to start - it is classed as 'food for thought' on this forum (and to right too!)
12 minutes eh? Keep posting - The cider/wine/mead sections need a boost - don't go quiet!
