I found this site searching for information on using coconut sugar.
I have been brewing for about 14 years, I learned on a 15 gal keggle system all grain. I have never done extract brewing except for the past year when I had to split the kit my friend and I used and reverted to mashing in a 10gal cooler, I couldnt fit enough grain in the 10 gal system so had to suppliment with extracts. I just picked up another 15 gal keggle and will be brewing on that in the next week or so.
I mostly do Belgian beers with IIPAs mixed in. I love using Imperial Yeast which kicks ass in the fermenter without guessing when doing big beers.
