This beer tastes like its bottled with brett, but I can't find anything conclusive besides tasting reviews that agree with my perception of the brett flavor profile. Anyone know whether this is indeed bottled with brett and whether it is harvest-able?

I have had this a bunch of times on draft and in bottle. I dont think there is any brett in it. Just taste like their house Belgian yeast to me.

They usually tell you what they use for yeast on their website.

You can always email them. I recently emailed them about their coolship beers to make sure they didn't add any additional yeast to bottle condition with.

They were really responsive and explained exactly how they bottle condition.

Thanks, I emailed them with no response so I figured I'd check here. Makes sense as they do provide detail on their beer discriptions so the lack on info hints towards you being correct that there is not brett; but my taste buds lie to me as I thought I could taste that slight hay and funk in the three times I've had it.

Thanks
