Hey I’m usually an all grain BIAB brewer and have made a few extract batches when I first started. Well the grocery store near my house was having a sale on Coopers Kits, so Never trying one of these before I thought what the hell. I purchased the Coopers English Bitter can and want to give it a shot. Now I want to add some steeping grains or do a partial mash to add to the flavour. Does anyone have any recommendations on good steeping grains to turn this into a decent English Bitter?

cheers

Been tempted to do their Australian Pale Ale.

Was going to brew short to three gallons so I don't need to add more fermentables.

Brits seem to do a lot of kits with good results.

All the Best,
