Can anyone recommend an ingredient kit to purchase online for an Abbey Ale (Leffe or Ommegang clone) or a Grinbergen Blonde clone? I know I could research clones and buy the ingredients myself but I was just hoping for a recipe 'click and ship' solution.

I haven't had either, but I loved their Val Dieu Tripel [sic] kit, and have brewed several recipes from their books.

Should I take the default Safbrew BE-256 yeast or spring for either the Omega Yeast Belgian Ale R for $8.99 or the Wyeast 1762 Belgian Abbey II for $6.99?

SafBrew BE-256 is kinda lacking. I would go for something else. Even Lallemand Abbaye or T-58 would be better choices.
