All Grain Class

Taking my first all grain class soon. What kind of questions should I be asking?

If it's a good class you won't need to ask any questions

If you've been doing extract brews then pay the most attention to mashing techniques, temps, etc.

I think going to a class would take all the fun out of it, but then again I absolutely hated school. So I'd ask, why am I here?

How can you hate a class that let's you drink during it? Haha.
