So i searched everywhere and I can't find out the answers to my questions on all grain brewing with keggles regarding heating recirculating and sparging.
I thought I could just brew the way I did with the coolers...... Heat water in HLT and soak the grains then add water to the grains and drain at the same time keeping level the same to the boil....
everyone seems to recirculate in the mash tun.. i understand that SS xfers heat very well, so I was just gonna wrap the tank... then add water and drain it at same time for sparging... is there a problem with that? Do i have to have a RIMS or HERMS setup?
Thanks.
