was planning on doing a 2.5g brew with 1lb of dark dme and 2lb's of wheat dme to try but not sure on what hops to through in. anyone have any suggestions for a brew like this? thanks.
 
Not sure what yeast your using but cascade or something similar would be my first choice or fuggle if you wanna get a little English with it.
 
Does any know if this would be any good?Fairly new to brewing and have never done an all due brew before.

mr beer kits are pre hopped LME so I see no reason as to why this wouldnt work

could use Tettnang or East Kent Goldings
 
What style are you shooting for? Maybe you could do something like a dunkelweissen. So the munich wheat yeast and some german hops. Look up recipes for hop times/amounts. Probably want mostly 60 min bittering hops, maybe just a touch at the end.
