Alcoholic ginger beer help needed

Hi everyone,

I have made a batch of 'All Grain' Ginger beer. I.e not using coopers kit and it has come out REEEEALLLY dry. Can I add a sweetener to the priming solution? and if so what/ in what quantities? and will it add an off flavor?

I have brewed 10l and it is nearly at 1.000 if that is any help

Any sweetner you add, make sure it is not fermentable. I can't really think of anything though that would sweeten it that much

Lactose is a good sweetener that is not fermentable. You can also add artificial sweetener, but I know more people don't like the taste, so be conservative with it.
