High guys, I brew at a substantial disadvantage because I do it in Brazil! And supplies, ingredients, everything are a bit hard to come by. I
I'm cloning SN Celebration ale, and I mashed-in too low. I extracted 4 liters from the 12 (before i realized the temp issue) And I am heating it up to 85 Celsius. Should this effect my efficiency?I extracted the water about 5 mins after mashing -in. Mash temp dropped to 50 Celsius!!!
