First let me say this is the best brew fourm I have seen. I'm a noob as I have one batch under my belt. It was a Double chocolate stout from Austin Homebrew. It turned out well however lacked some flavor. The chocolate is very subtle. I have a second kit of the same that I would like to brew tomorrow but I want to make some additions to bring out some more flavor.
Along with the extract kit, I have a pound of lactose, 8 ounces of chocolate nibs, 2 extra ounces of Belgian cocoa powder, vanilla extract, some Mexican vanilla beans and a 1 lb jar of candi cocoa nibs.

I love a stout such as Sam Smiths Organic Chocolate, Southern Tier Choklat or Rouge Double Rouge so I'm not afraid of adding lots of chocolate. However I don't want it to be too bitter.

I seem a recipe with brown sugar and molasses that everyone seemed to like.

I'm looking for a chocolate stout with lots of flavor. How can I bring out some good flavor with what I have and any readily available ingredients.

Thanks in advance for any advise
