I have been home brewing for a few months now and started doing all grain a few weeks ago. After one disappointment, I seem to be on track and hitting my numbers. I'm in the process of custom building my brew equipment. Right now I mash on the stove top with paint strainers and my chiller is a big ice bucket. Just wanted to say hey and this forum has been most helpful in the past.
