Is it better to age a big beer (imperial stout, barleywine, tripel, etc.) in a carboy secondary at room temps or in a keg in the keezer at ~40*?
 
i secondary mine in a keg at room temp. i have more kegs than secondaries, and temp isn't very important at that stage
