Really hoping to put this recipe together for my first BIAB AG:

Unfortunately sitting off the edge of the world like we are in New Zealand I'm struggling to find all the ingredients to make this work exactly to recipe. Wondering if somebody might be able to help with a little input to make sure I'm on the right path? Super keen to get this batch brewing.
All-Grain (assuming 75% efficiency):
Wyeast 1450-PC - Denny's Favorite 50 http://www.brewshop.co.nz/safale-us05-yeast.html Researching this forum and other posts online suggest this is a good substitute? (Would prefer liquid yeast but not sure if there is one which will be close enough with what I have available)
6.5 or 7 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) http://www.brewshop.co.nz/pale-malt.html
1.5 lb White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) http://www.brewshop.co.nz/wheat-malt.html
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt 60L http://www.brewshop.co.nz/crystal-malt.html
0.75 lb Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM/690EBC) http://www.brewshop.co.nz/chocolate-malt.html - Unsure how much of a difference the color will make?
0.50 lb Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM/591EBC) http://www.brewshop.co.nz/roasted-barley.html Unsure how much of a difference the color will make?
0.50 lb Lactose (Boil 10 min) http://www.brewshop.co.nz/lactose.html
0.75 oz German Magnum [13.40 %] (60 min) - 27.0 IBU ??? (Newport Hop pellets? http://www.brewerscoop.co.nz/beerProds.php?id=HOPS&menu=BEIN
