Well, I got the brewing bug after a couple years away from it, and made my usual extract type recipie - Not bad, but I wanted to do better.

So I searched the internet and stumbled into this form looking for some ideas.
Did I ever find plenty!
The thing I learned the most is there is no such thing as overkill when dealing with homebrewers....no matter how crazy (but good) and idea/invention/technique sounds....someone always seems to top it. I like that.
So after being on this form for a few weeks, I decided to go AG. I got the cooler and made a groovy mainfold, bought a burner, and just had my keggle delivered today. I have about 35-40 feet of 5/8" copper coil waiting to be converted into a immersion chiller. I don't know if I'll post any pics as most of my stuff isn't innovative - but rather it is based on ideas from here and other sources.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to all who have helped me so far -your input has been very valuable!

I will have tons of more questions as brew day approaches and I will post my progress/pitfalls.

Cheers
