Aerating Question(first brew)

I just finished my first batch today, an American Cream Ale extract kit. I shook it for two minutes or so before putting it away is that enough aeration? If not how long do i have before I should no longer attempt to shake it?

That's plenty usually just transfer to a bucket from my boil pot then from the bucket to a plastic Carboy.
