Always scares me when they use the term "over ### so much invested". It usually means they want to recover a really high percentage. Be interesting to see what this person wants. I would guess they want closer to perceived and not actual value.

Being totally honest I don't see $10,000 worth of stuff in the pictures. I don't see anything even close to that. He will be waiting a long time to sell it at his asking price if ever.
