Adding to keg

I made a 10 gal batch and split the in to 2 batches. It is the same beer I though if I ferment
Longer I one batch It might tasted different
But It don't.
So my ? Is when my keg Is half gone can I pop off the cover and put in more beer after it has been carbonated. Then all bottle the rest of it.
