Adding sugar?

Im making a 1 galon batch of welches wine, and i accidently measured the sugar a little off, so i was wondering if i could add a little to it even know it has been fermenting for about a day and a half, can anyone help me out with this?

add away, just make sure you boil the sugar water and let it cool off
