I have a batch of cider that has been fermenting in the primary for about 2.5 weeks. It was just straight juice, I didn't add any sugar. Is there any reason I can't add some more juice and sugar to it now?

No reason at all. Just remember you may need to stir the brew to re-suspend the yeast, and add nutrient so as not to shock them.
