Adding extract before dry hopping

I’m making a peach ipa and have added 2 cups worth of frozen peaches after defrosting, boiling, cooling and adding it to the beer.

After a few days, I haven’t found the kick of peach in looking for. I’ll add the next 2 cups I bought as frozen peaches, but if that doesn’t do it to my liking....can I add a small amount of peach extract and then dry hop for 3 days?

Reason being is I want the dry hop aroma to be more dominant.
 
You can add the extract whenever you want. It has no fermentables.
