So I have my RIS sitting at 11.3% 1.026 FG and its ready to bottle soon. I want to add coffee and rye bourbon to it at bottling so I'll be adding it to the bottling bucket. How much cold pressed coffee as in what's the final vol you add to the bucket and how much bourbon? I'd rather have the coffee stand out more than the bourbon which I just want so you taste it but it's not over the top bourbon and I know it'll mellow with time.

You owe it to yourself to add those in before you bottle. From my own experience I started with 4oz of Oak flavored Bourbon then let it sit for a few days... don't let your nose fool you when you open the fermenter to take a sample either. Just pull out a sample and throw it in a glass. Continue this process until the flavor is a little strong to your liking, it will subside with time. ( ; Once you have done this for a few batches you will zero in on a volume that works for your taste.

So your saying add the bourbon and coffee into the primary before I bottle? Then let it sit for a few days take a sample and adjust as neccessary? Might not be a bad idea that way I know what is exactly going into the bottle.

Yes, absolutely. Add it to the primary, the secondary or whatever you do in your process. Much easier to sneak up on the taste than be disappointed in adding too much.

Cool thanks for the advice.
