Hi guys, first time posting to the board.

I have a batch of Chinook IPA, an extract kit from Northern Brewer. It had a hydrometer reading of 1.068 before pitching the yeast. After one day I had rapid bubbles in the airlock but after three days...nothing. When opening the bucket, it still has a nice layer of foam (can't remember the brewing term). Should I just relax and let it continue or repitch the yeast. I haven't done another reading but will if necessary.

That is perfectly normal for many brews. As mentioned above, leave it for at least 3 weeks. The krausen and bubbling may subside after a couple days but the beer can still be fermenting. Once you are nearing the end of you can take a couple hydrometer readings a couple days apart until you get a steady reading. This is really the only way to tell if the fermentation is complete.
