Hi All
Just made a cherry stout - using my own stout base recipe but using "Brewing Classic Styles" guide to volumes for cherries. The cherry flavor is not very pronounced although this beer is nice out of the fermenter.
Jamil recommends using a small amount of acid blend to taste - no idea how much a small amount of acid blend is in a 5gallon batch - any help here much appreciated.
