When you guys build your temp controlled rooms and use the aquarium controllers. How do you keep the AC from just shutting off when the controller cuts the power? The AC's I have in my house would all have to be restarted every time. OR do you use a NON digital one?

This only works with an analog-controlled A/C unit. You might be able bypass the controller on a digital unit. I used a digitally controlled A/C and have no trouble using the built-in controller to hold the room at 42F. I set the controller as low as it would go and run the fan all the time to keep the room uniform.
