3/8" OD copper wort tube inside 5/8" garden chill hose and two 1/2" x 1/2" fittings with 7/16" hole drilled in the elbow for a 3/8" rubber grommet and there she be.

I have a bypass valve on my temp controlled ferm chamber and can run 50% glycol at 10F deg through the chill hose and the wort comes out ready for yeast.
