i call it: Creamy Brown Porter

it is made with the Mr Beer fermenter in mind

heres what i came up with

37% 1 lb 4 oz Mr. Beer Black Tower Porter HME (added at end of boil)
37% 1 lb 4 oz Mr. Beer Creamy Brown UME (added at end of boil)
11% 0 6 oz Muntons Crystal Malt 60L steeped
11% 0 6 oz Pale Chocolate Malt steeped
4% 0 2 0z Chocolate Malt steeped
Batch size: 2.5 gallons

It'll make beer! Now that you are formulating your own recipes, you should think about moving up to 5G batches if your space and budget allow, tho' lots of people keep it small so they can brew more often and experiment.
