I have been a member now for about two months. Just been reading and studying the art of brewing. I am from Saginaw,MI. On this past Sat. 2/24, i finally got to brew my first batch. It is a Weizenbeir from brewers best. I had a BLAST through every step. just last night i racked to my seconday, and had a little taste test. The beer tasted great! I have had true weizen before and this tasted pretty darn close to it.
