Primary for 25 day. Cold crashed for three. Kegged yesterday. This beer will be a real sleeper. Over shot OG and had great attenuation with WLP026, but the alcohol is hidden nicely by the hop/malt balance. Very drinkable, but watch out. It’s not the session beer it pretends to be.
:drunk:

Bottled this past weekend. Assuming no carbonation issues (used muntons carb tabs but clarified with gelatin for the first time so yeast sparseness may be an issue) Oct 24 is 4 weeks, plenty of time to carb up.

I have one potential bomb (wife put 14 carb tabs in by mistake instead of 7) that's sitting off in a bucket with a closed lid.

Same here. This may be the best beer I have ever brewed.

We have, Oct 24th. I adjusted my schedule, and it looks like I should be ready to ship by then. Hoping the beer won't be too young, but it'll have about 6 weeks before it has the chance to be sampled. Should be enough time... right?

I have one bottle left of my own! It is very drinkable! :D Is there any executive decision on a label? If not, I will just go ahead and print that one that seemed to be the choice further back in this thread.

Had a bottle of this last weekend. Not fully carbed yet but still tasty. Props to GreenwoodRover on this recipe. Makes me realize what a great asset we lost.

It's hard to know this keg is sitting in my keezer carbed up and not drinking it. It's way better than my Fat Tire Clone that's on tap in it's place, but I fear I'd drink it all before the swap so it sits waiting patiently for 3 of you f'ers.

There is absolutely nothing stopping you from bottling.

I will PM the addresses this week.

Here is the trade list.

For example:
Annasdadhockey is shipping to Bad coffee, dataz722 and flyangler18.

Annasdadhockey is gettin beer from bernerbrau, Gremlyn1 and shecky

The max numbers are what you agreed to send. It should balance with what you get.

I will send out Addresses via email soon.

I will also be posting what you agreed to send to the Rovers and/or the Family soon with a single ship to address soon.

I would ask that you use jus the Rover Shield as the basis of labels to the Rovers and the family and simply add your logo/name. I was hoping that someone might create one for all of us. I am unforunately not able to do so right now.

Here is the gift list.
The amount you send will be up to you. You should in your shipment notify the receiver how many beers go to each party.

I'll see if I can make up a generic vector logo with the Rovers sheild tonight. I'll provide a PDF, EPS, .ai (for anyone with Illustrator) and jpeg (300 dpi). Size will probably be ~4.5X4. I run a digital press at work, and I have a ton of material pre die cut in that size.

If anyone in Cleveland or the surrounding area wants some, let me know. Local pickup only. I can't really afford to send lables to everyone.

So we are waiting to ship on the 24th or should we go ahead and ship at our earliest convenience between now and the 24th?
Sure we've got to have a designate first bottle swap toast to GWR.

I'm not concerned about the ship dates for the trades. Those should be timely.

I'm just saying for the gifting, those should ship in the same week because they are all going to one individual.

I'll pass that address on, once I lock it in.

3 is the number of beers to send per person. It has nothing to do with the spreadsheet number.

That number is the number of people you agreed to trade with, Most people did 3 but some did 2.
