Today was a fun day in my early homebrewing career. I started off sanitizing my turkey baster and taking a sample of the Saison I've got fermenting (my second batch) so that I could test the gravity (always nice to sample some beer at 10:30 in the morning - tasted nice, even the wife thought it was good!). Took a trip to Home Depot in the afternoon to pick up the supplies to try to build a DIY wort chiller. Before dinner, set up an Oxi Clean bath to remove labels from some beer bottles. Finished the day with a beer from my first batch of homebrew after letting it chill in the fridge for 24 hours. All in all, a great day!
