I have to say I've been quietly soaking up the plentiful wealth of knowledge this site provides for quite some time now. I figured it was time I say hello! So, I've been brewing for about 4 years now. Started with a lonely Mr. Beer kit and made the journey from going to 5 gallon extract batches, to partial mashes, to all grain as I've read many on here have done as well. Now my journey has taken me down the electric brewery path, which with the guidance of Kal's 2nd to none website, is progressing very nicely.
