A beer you can chew

I brewed a black ipa a while back and kegged it. A tap into it the other day and what do I see, hops floating around. Not sure where things went wrong. Will this settle out over time? It's been kegged for 4 weeks, I'd think that would be more then enough.

Maybe you disturbed the keg when you tapped it? Just a little bump can knock little floaties up.. after a it sits for a bit and you pull a few pints off it it should be pouring clear, it happens to me from time to time.
