60 qt ice cube mash tun build

so today i decided to build the ice cube 60 qt mash tun with copper false bottom and a homemade copper auto sparge. Added a nice digital thermometer and everything came out pretty good. Did some test runs with hot water and everything is sealed and working perfectly.

Those slots in the manifold look wide. Seems like a lot of grain is going to go through. I thought the holes for the sparg manifole shoud be in the up side that way it fills the pipe up then trickles out.
