52qt pot at winco

I'm not sure how far widespread WinCo Foods are around the country, think they are only in the west, but I saw something there that looked pretty interesting. They had a 52 quart aluminum pot for $39.99. It was really wide so I don't think it would be useful for anyone brewing indoors or anyone with a small burner.

I'm not sure if all the WinCo locations have them but the one I was at is in Richland, WA.

I also noticed that the local Home Depot has a bunch of the 10 gallon orange water coolers in stock now.

Sounds like a decent price for someone wanting to go AG or for full wort boils.

are they aluminum pots or stainless pots?

They were aluminum. If I didn't already have something that size I would have picked one up. They had a ton of them so I suspect they just came in.

Thanks for the heads up. I just purchased one of the coolers at HD- just got back from tri-cities, but next time I'll stop buy- I could use a bigger pot as well.
