I know the newer ez-cap bottles can take a crown instead of the flip top, other than that and screwtop PET bottles I've never seen 16.9 oz capable bottles other than those that some import beers come in.
Not to bump for bumping's sake, but I am looking for the same. What I have been doing is stockpiling Fuller's London Pride, ESB, and 1845 bottles. I've pretty much come to the realization that I am going to have to go this route, change bottle sizes, or order a minimum 10,000 units from somewhere in China.
Given the option, I'll stick with the Fuller's bottles for now. I can only wish that some day I would be in a position to need to pick up 10,000 bottles or more.
