I got one of these a few weeks ago but travel and the holidays have prevented me from using it. Last week I finally used it, fantastic tool. It is easy to use, easy to read, and very accurate. I tested it in boiling h2o and ice bath. I got the 2 probe version, haven't used both but expect them tobe similar. I am going to test it out again when I make my annual Czech Pils with BIAB step mash tomorrow. Thanks
