I'm after two 5G pots to split boils on a stove top with a radiant hob. I was looking at the 5 Gallon Stainless Steel Brew Pot over at Adventures in Homebrewing when I noticed this little gem in the Description:
Note: the bottoms of these pots are not perfectly flat, and should not be used on induction or radiant cook tops.
(My emphasis.)

Given most of the pots I'm looking at budget-wise need to be in this price range (I prefer SS but will look at Aluminum) does anyone know of a budget pot/kettle with a flat enough bottom to work on a radiant stove (the flatter the better for heat transfer).

I was originally looking at the 5G Polar Ware kettle as the LHBS has them but I read they had a similar issue.

So, anyone out there using a radiant stove and able to get their budget 5G kettle up to a rolling boil with say 3.5G in it?
