5/16" ID beer line

Hi all,
I'm building a draft beer line that runs 40 feet. I'm using 5/16" beverage tubing to go from the keg fridge to the draft tower. My question is this:

How do I connect the beverage line to the shank on the tap? I only see 3/16" and 1/4" shanks available for purchase. I'm assuming that connecting a 5/16" line to 1/4" shank is not a great idea. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Add a 7/8-14 beer nut with matching top port ID and a beer washer and you should be good to go with any standard shank...

If you Google "5/16 elbow tailpiece beer" you'll find a lot of options.
