$40 per keg for four ball lock kegs?

I actually got a pretty good deal on a bunch of used kegs about a year and a half ago, $30 a piece from the Brew Kettle in NE Ohio. Ended up gettting 10 of them, after tax it came to $33 a piece for ball locks. A lot did smell of soda, nothing PBW couldn't handle though.
