Just wanted to let you know about an upcoming Craft Distillery Startup Workshop being led by my colleagues at Oregon State University in Corvallis. The workshop takes place June 18-21 and is led by OSU's distilling expert Paul Hughes. The program focuses on the actual distillation process - a in-depth, hands-on overview designed to help prepare participants to produce spirits for sale.
