would there be any benefits to this? i have a Sam Adams Boston Lager Clone Going Right now . i had it 6 days in the Primary . i have now had it in the second for 7 days.
would there be any benefits to moving it to a 3rd carboy and leave it for another week before bottling it?
 
Beer only ferments once............., but you can rack it into as many vessels as you want. Two is pretty well standard, not much to gain by going to three.

If you're actually making a lager and not an ale, you're really rushing things. A lager typically takes two weeks to ferment, then needs 2 months or so in a secondary vessel to 'lager'.
