I am interested in having a tap handle created from my homebrew logo.

Does anybody have any experience with 3D printers? How long would it take to program a 3D version of the gote head? What would be a reasonable price to ask someone to create this from scratch and print?

Sorry for all the questions but I have no idea what to offer someone.

Cheers!
Jamie

Still looking?

I have no 3D design skills but I just picked up a 3D printer. If you can find someone willing to create the 3d file, I would be willing to print it out.

Check a 3d printer forum for or a user on thingiverse or yeggi that might be willing to help out.

I would print it for the cost of filament + shipping + threaded brass insert.

I just wanted to follow this thread. I think this is a great idea and might do it myself.

How much approximately are the materials and what file type do you need the design in?
If you are willing to do it for others besides the OP I may be interested in two tap handles in a design I've created.

Thanks!

I am willing to do it for whoever can give me a file to work with, given my printer can handle the size and complexity.

PM sent, we can work out the details outside of this thread.

With a logo like the OP's, I'd seek out a model with a broad flat area and add the logo as a raised area on it:

You get the idea. You can generally do enough in TinkerCad to manipulate these, or pay someone on Fiverr to do the modification.
