30 Gallon boilmaker pot

I just bought a 30 Gallon boilmaker pot. Does anyone know of any problems with doing 5 gallon batches in a large mash tun like this.

For mashing I would think it would be ok, but not the boil. I find that using my 25 gal pot is just too big for 5 gal batches - the evaporation rate is really high with so much surface area, and the amount lost in the bottom of the kettle was too much. It takes a couple of quarts just to get the bottom wet!
