If the beer is done fermenting, meaning you have a stable FG reading then there is no need to rack to a secondary, if you are concerned about clarity just leaving in the primary for another week. If you plan on dry hopping you can do that in the primary as well.
True dat. You only need to throw it in the secondary for a week to clear it up, unless you are trying to age it for a long time and want to get it off the yeast.
